- Install, configure, and upgrade testing equipment according to specifications
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with testing systems
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of testing equipment
- Document all procedures, repairs, and modifications for reference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize testing processes
- Train junior engineers on proper equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Stay updated with the latest testing technologies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in test engineering or technical support
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor testing equipment and methodologies
- Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging complex electronic systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with documentation and process improvement initiatives
