- Formulate comprehensive maintenance strategies for new equipment and machinery based on operational requirements and supplier specifications
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime and lifecycle
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate maintenance protocols with production processes
- Manage maintenance resources including spare parts inventory and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems
- Mentor junior engineers and document maintenance procedures for knowledge transfer
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing or automotive sectors
- Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and CMMS systems
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CRL) preferred
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
