Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize test methodologies for semiconductor devices and systems
- Oversee daily test operations, ensuring calibration, maintenance, and performance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve test failures and improve yield rates
- Develop automation scripts for test equipment and data analysis systems
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in test processes and quality control
- Manage test documentation, SOPs, and compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate test resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor test operations or validation
- Proficiency in ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest) and test automation tools
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and process optimization
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality methodologies
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and device physics
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities
