Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies and methodologies for semiconductor products
- Lead and manage test operations teams to ensure efficient and effective testing processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve test-related issues
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools for various testing environments
- Analyze test data and provide insights to improve product quality and testing efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test operations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor testing methodologies and equipment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
