Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for semiconductor products.
- Manage and optimize Automated Test Equipment (ATE) infrastructure to ensure high throughput and accuracy.
- Analyze test data and identify trends to improve product yield and reduce time-to-market.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Product Engineering teams to troubleshoot complex test failures.
- Implement and maintain test automation scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of testing hardware and software tools.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency of test operations and drive continuous improvement methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in test operations, semiconductor testing, or quality assurance.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Perl for test scripting.
- Deep understanding of ATE systems (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest) and semiconductor device physics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects.
- Fluency in English and local language communication skills.
