Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for capital markets and trading platforms
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure test coverage
- Automate test scripts to enhance efficiency and coverage of complex financial systems
- Validate system compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices
- Generate detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of software testing experience with 2+ years in banking/capital markets
- Expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (Selenium, TestRail, etc.)
- Strong understanding of financial systems, trading platforms, and market data
- Experience with automated testing and performance testing tools
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services (e.g., MiFID, SOX)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
