GMP Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Thin Film Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ang Mo Kio. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive background in Tungsten CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) to drive innovation and excellence in our fabrication processes. We are looking for an engineer who possesses deep technical knowledge and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of advanced thin film processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing product yield and ensuring the highest standards of quality control. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, reduce cycle times, and maintain the efficiency of our manufacturing lines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and optimization of Tungsten CVD processes to meet stringent semiconductor specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve complex process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize yield.
- Implement process control strategies and statistical process control (SPC) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for yield excursions and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and internal teams for equipment qualification and upgrades.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards within the cleanroom environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in thin film process engineering, specifically with Tungsten CVD equipment.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, including PVD, ALD, or etching is a plus.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and process optimization in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
