Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end airline ticketing and reservation processes using Sabre GDS system
- Handle complex itinerary modifications, cancellations, and rebooking with precision
- Provide expert solutions for multi-segment international and domestic travel itineraries
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries regarding fare rules, baggage policies, and travel restrictions
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions and customer communications
- Train and mentor junior agents on ticketing procedures and system proficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations
- Advanced proficiency in Sabre GDS system with demonstrable ticketing expertise
- Strong understanding of IATA regulations, fare construction, and global distribution systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Proven track record of resolving complex customer service issues
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Professional certification in travel industry (IATA preferred)
