- Develop and execute strategic tour itineraries aligned with market trends and client preferences
- Manage end-to-end tour operations including vendor coordination, logistics, and quality control
- Lead tour groups with exceptional customer service and destination expertise
- Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies and client relationship management
- Train and mentor junior staff on tour protocols and customer engagement best practices
- Analyze tour performance metrics to implement operational improvements
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote tour packages and seasonal promotions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of tour operations experience with proven leadership track record
- Extensive knowledge of Penang attractions, culture, and tourism landscape
- Strong negotiation skills with hotel/transportation vendors
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages highly valued
- Advanced proficiency in tour management software and CRM systems
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean driving record
