Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive trade strategies to increase market share and profitability within the Africa sector.
- Analyze regional trade data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable commercial insights.
- Coordinate with global offices and local agents to ensure seamless operational flow and service reliability.
- Optimize vessel space utilization and equipment flow to meet demand fluctuations in African trade lanes.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and provide high-level support for pricing and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor and report on trade performance, volume KPIs, and margin targets on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the shipping or logistics industry, with a focus on trade management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of African trade routes, port operations, and regulatory environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and trade data management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environment.
