As an in-house Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skills and capabilities of our employees, ensuring they are equipped to excel in our fast-paced Business Process Outsourcing environment.
In this position, you will design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee performance, improve productivity, and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Your expertise will directly contribute to our organization's success by developing a highly skilled workforce ready to meet the challenges of the BPO industry.
We offer a competitive salary package ranging from RM 4,500 to RM 6,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for BPO employees
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises
- Facilitate both classroom and virtual training sessions for new and existing employees
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in BPO industry
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in creating engaging training materials using various tools
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
