- Lead the design, development, and implementation of clinical training programs aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions
- Manage and mentor a team of training professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies across all training initiatives
- Develop and manage training budgets, resources, and timelines to meet organizational objectives
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in clinical education and training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical training, healthcare education, or a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective clinical training programs in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design tools, and training evaluation methodologies
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Professional certification in training, healthcare, or education (e.g., CPTD, CHES) is a plus
