Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive AI-powered training curricula and digital learning modules tailored for global teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and subject matter experts to translate technical features into engaging user training.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of training materials.
- Create diverse multimedia content, including videos, infographics, interactive simulations, and e-learning scripts.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through analytics, user feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in instructional design, AI in education, and emerging e-learning technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in instructional design, corporate training, or talent development.
- Proven experience in creating content for AI-powered or technology-focused products.
- Strong proficiency in digital learning tools and authoring software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Experience managing training projects for global or diverse teams is highly preferred.
