Tanggung Jawab
- Lead field surveys and site inspections for new and existing high-voltage transmission line routes.
- Perform and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead transmission line components and structural hardware.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings, sag-tension charts, and construction blueprints to ensure project accuracy.
- Conduct routine troubleshooting of electrical and structural issues on transmission towers and conductors.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and WSP safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project engineers to provide technical feedback and recommendations for design optimization.
- Supervise junior technicians and sub-contractors, providing guidance and ensuring quality control on-site.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for site progress and incident assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in high-voltage transmission line construction or maintenance.
- Deep understanding of overhead line equipment, insulators, conductors, and tower structures.
- Proficiency in using specialized testing equipment and hand tools for electrical infrastructure.
- Ability to work at heights and in various outdoor weather conditions for extended periods.
- Valid professional certification or license for Electrical Technicians (Registered Master Electrician is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical teams effectively in the field.
- Familiarity with CAD software or GIS tools for interpreting technical site data.
