Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive transport strategies to streamline logistics operations and reduce overhead costs.
- Oversee daily route planning, fleet management, and driver scheduling to ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Maintain full compliance with local transport regulations, safety protocols, and Department of Transportation (DOTr) requirements.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and train transport staff to enhance team productivity and professional development.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, stakeholders, and logistics partners to ensure seamless service integration.
- Implement proactive fleet maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in transport management or logistics leadership.
- Deep understanding of Philippine transport regulations, traffic laws, and regional logistical nuances.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale fleets and complex distribution networks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
