Tanggung Jawab
- Design and manage complex, multi-destination luxury travel itineraries for VIP clients.
- Provide end-to-end travel consultation, including flights, private transfers, luxury accommodation, and exclusive tours.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of premium airlines, high-end hotel chains, and boutique luxury operators.
- Proactively resolve travel disruptions and provide 24/7 support for urgent client requirements.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with discerning high-net-worth travelers to ensure repeat business.
- Stay abreast of global travel trends, visa requirements, and luxury market shifts.
- Manage client documentation, billing, and administrative records with high accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury travel consultancy or VIP concierge services.
- Proven track record of managing high-value bookings and discerning clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and luxury travel booking platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote/work-from-home environment.
