Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and local partners
- Provide expert destination guidance and travel recommendations to clients
- Manage client inquiries, bookings, and post-trip follow-up services
- Monitor travel industry trends and update knowledge of destinations
- Resolve travel disruptions and implement contingency plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel consulting or tour operations
- Proven expertise in itinerary planning and travel booking systems
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid Indonesian travel industry certification preferred
