We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Travel Consultant (Ticketing) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our travel operations, ensuring seamless booking experiences for our corporate and leisure clients worldwide.
As a Senior Ticketing Officer, you will leverage your deep expertise in GDS systems to manage complex itineraries, troubleshoot ticketing issues, and provide exceptional support to our global traveler base. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end flight booking processes, including reservations, reissues, and cancellations via GDS.
- Provide expert advice on flight routings, fare construction, and airline policies to optimize travel costs.
- Handle complex booking modifications and resolve ticketing discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in PNR management and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with global branches to ensure consistent service delivery for international clients.
- Stay updated on global travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline industry changes.
- Assist in resolving passenger inquiries and complaints with a customer-centric approach.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in travel ticketing and operations.
- Advanced proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Strong understanding of IATA ticketing regulations and fare construction.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
