- Manage and process flight, hotel, and tour bookings with precision and efficiency
- Provide expert travel advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences and budget
- Handle complex itinerary modifications and special requests for VIP clients
- Utilize airline reservation systems and travel booking platforms to create seamless travel experiences
- Resolve travel-related issues and provide excellent customer service throughout the travel journey
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality across all client interactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in travel consultancy with specialized ticketing knowledge
- Proficiency in airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Extensive knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
