In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between business strategy and operational excellence, ensuring our travel service teams are equipped with the expertise to deliver world-class support.
You will oversee the end-to-end learning lifecycle, from curriculum design to impact measurement, specifically focusing on corporate travel, airline ticketing, and GDS proficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver high-impact training programs for corporate and airline travel processes.
- Align the training department’s roadmap with overarching business objectives and client-specific SLAs.
- Develop and maintain advanced curriculum for GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo/Travelport) and airline reservation systems.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted upskilling initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in training methodology, leveraging blended learning and digital learning tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the smooth onboarding and nesting of new travel consultants.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, ensuring high quality and compliance scores across all service lines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in training management, specifically within the Corporate Travel or Airline industry.
- Deep technical proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and airline booking workflows is essential.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale training departments in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational metrics into training strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing leadership teams.
- Relevant certification in Instructional Design or Learning & Development is a significant advantage.
