Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and administer trust accounts in accordance with governing laws and investment policies.
- Prepare and review annual trust accounts and related documentation for client reporting.
- Communicate effectively with trustees, beneficiaries, and professional advisors regarding account status.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and internal control procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and trust deeds.
- Conduct regular reviews of investment portfolios and suggest strategic adjustments.
- Monitor compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust administration or wealth management.
- Professional certification such as STEP, CFA, or CPA is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of fiduciary duties and trust laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and trust administration software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
