We are looking for a talented and passionate UI Platform Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of our company's Design System across our SaaS platform. As a Senior UI Platform Engineer, you will act as a bridge between design and engineering, ensuring that our product interface is not only visually stunning but also highly performant and scalable. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust design system that empowers our developers to build faster and with greater consistency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity prototypes into pixel-perfect code. You will define the architectural patterns for our UI components, ensuring they are reusable, accessible, and adaptable across various devices and screen sizes. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain scalable UI components within our internal Design System.
- Translate Figma designs into high-quality, semantic HTML and CSS/React code.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for all web applications.
- Optimize web performance and implement best practices for code maintainability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to define UI requirements and user stories.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Experience with Figma and prototyping tools to communicate technical constraints.
- Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic HTML.
- Experience working within a SaaS environment and managing component libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.
