Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
- Conduct user testing and gather insights to iteratively improve product usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centric design concepts.
- Create clean, modern, and scalable interface designs for web and mobile applications.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in internal design critiques to elevate the quality of work.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current industry trends, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile applications.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a highly collaborative international or local team.
