Gamer2Gamer is seeking a visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate our digital presence in the competitive gaming industry. Located in the vibrant hub of Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, we are looking for a talented professional with at least 4 years of experience who is ready to transition into a senior leadership role. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces that resonate with our community.
In this pivotal role, you will own the design strategy for our products, ensuring that every pixel serves a purpose and every interaction feels seamless. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile platforms, translating complex requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain high-quality standards during implementation.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, gaming mechanics, and accessibility standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Proven experience in the gaming or technology sector is highly desirable.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize features based on business goals and user needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
