PT. 4net Prima Solusi is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. We are currently spearheading a high-impact e-Procurement project and need a visionary designer to lead the charge in creating seamless, intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from initial research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure that our e-Procurement platform not only meets business objectives but also provides an exceptional user experience that simplifies complex procurement workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process for the e-Procurement platform, ensuring high-quality UI/UX output.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user journeys and clear information architecture.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate interaction ideas effectively.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design systems to maintain consistency across the application.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and software developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and best practices in the SaaS and procurement industry.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, specifically for web applications or enterprise software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful digital products and user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies, personas, and usability testing.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based project environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between design and development teams.
- Deep understanding of mobile-first design, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with B2B or e-Procurement platforms is highly preferred.
