Tanggung Jawab
- Lead user-centric design processes from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define product strategy, roadmap, and design specifications.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Create engaging visual designs for print and digital collateral, maintaining brand identity standards.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of user experience.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
- Analyse user behaviour data and industry trends to iterate and optimize existing interfaces for better engagement and conversion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- For Senior level: 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile applications. For Entry level: Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and proficiency with design tools.
- Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience working in agile development environments and with design systems is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints is a plus.
