Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key features and products within the JoyRide Superapp, from concept to launch.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and identify user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure brand consistency and efficiency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and contributing to a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to drive innovation.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile applications and complex digital products.
- A compelling online portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote work setting.
