Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement responsive, accessible user interfaces for enterprise-grade railway web applications
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate complex requirements into pixel-perfect frontend implementations
- Develop and maintain reusable React/Vue.js components following design system principles
- Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with seamless user experiences
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend architecture improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field with 5+ years relevant experience
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React/Vue/Angular)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise UI/UX implementations
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance optimization
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux/Vuex) and component lifecycle
- Knowledge of railway/transportation domain is highly desirable
