We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader for the role of Senior Value Assurance Director (Job ID: 11480) to join our dynamic APAC team, based in Singapore.
As the preeminent expert dedicated to customer success and value creation, you will serve as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for Coupa's most strategic enterprise clients in the region. Your primary mission is to safeguard and maximize the realized financial and operational value of the Coupa platform. This role transcends traditional consulting or account management; it involves establishing a rigorous, data-driven value assurance framework that ensures our clients achieve tangible, quantifiable business outcomes.
You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of Value Engineers and Consultants, driving the strategic direction for pre-sales value articulation and post-sales value realization. You will collaborate directly with C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders to define success criteria, measure program progress, and orchestrate the full lifecycle of value delivery. Your deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, financial operations, and strategic advisory will be critical in expanding Coupa's footprint and transforming our customers into long-term partners.
Working closely with Regional Sales Leadership, you will drive revenue growth through executive storytelling and quantifiable business cases. The APAC region is one of our fastest-growing markets, presenting a unique opportunity to build the value assurance practice from a strategic standpoint and influence a rapidly evolving customer landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Value Assurance function for the APAC region, defining strategy and execution for top-tier enterprise accounts.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop compelling value propositions and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models during the sales cycle.
- Act as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their targeted business outcomes and financial ROI.
- Establish and govern a value realization framework, including baselines, benchmarks, and continuous value benchmarking against Coupa’s best practices.
- Collaborate with C-Suite stakeholders to identify, scope, and execute complex value-driven transformation programs.
- Mentor and develop a team of Value Consultants and Engineers, fostering a culture of insight and excellence.
- Drive the creation of business cases, value studies, and executive summaries that highlight the quantifiable impact of the Coupa platform.
Kualifikasi
- 12-15+ years of experience in Value Consulting, Value Engineering, Management Consulting, or a related strategic advisory role within the SaaS/Enterprise Software industry.
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing remote teams across the APAC region.
- Deep domain expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), working capital management, and finance transformation.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders and board members.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience building complex financial models and ROI analyses.
- Experience with Coupa software is a significant plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional Asian language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean) is highly desirable.
