Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive statutory valuations for various property types (residential, commercial, industrial) in accordance with relevant standards and RICS guidelines.
- Provide expert property tax advisory services, including advisory on capital gains tax, property tax, and other relevant tax matters.
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports and recommendations for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Perform in-depth market research and analysis to assess property values and investment potential.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve valuation queries.
- Ensure all valuation activities comply with local laws and firm policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Valuation, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Possession of relevant professional qualifications such as RICS (MRICS/FRICS), PAV, or Singapore Institution of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) accreditation.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in statutory valuation and property tax advisory.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident is preferred.
