Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in delivery leadership, financial services industry essential
- Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- Expertise in agile, DevOps, and delivery frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
- Strong strategic acumen with ability to translate business objectives into actionable delivery strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing global, cross-functional delivery teams in matrix organizations
- Certifications in PMP, SAFe, or equivalent delivery methodologies highly desirable
