- Develop and execute enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals
- Establish IT governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for security, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Lead technology modernization initiatives including cloud migration, API integration, and infrastructure optimization
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business strategy into architectural roadmaps and investment priorities
- Drive innovation through emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, cybersecurity) while maintaining system reliability
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships to optimize solution delivery and cost efficiency
- Mentor and lead enterprise architecture teams, fostering technical excellence and strategic thinking
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with industry standards (TOGAF, SABSA)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years progressive IT experience with 8+ years in enterprise architecture leadership roles
- Proven track record in financial services or regulated industries with complex IT environments
- Expertise in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and security protocols
- Strong strategic planning skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Certifications in TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent enterprise architecture credentials
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance (BNM), and digital banking trends
