Join Bank Rakyat as a Senior Vice President, IT Infrastructure & Operations Services and lead the backbone of our technology ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you'll architect and manage secure, high-performing IT infrastructure that drives our digital transformation initiatives. You'll oversee end-to-end service delivery while optimizing IT asset lifecycles to maximize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your strategic vision will shape our technology roadmap, ensuring robust systems that support 24/7 banking operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions, manage vendor relationships, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and execution of IT infrastructure operations to ensure 99.9% system uptime and security
- Oversee end-to-end IT service management including incident, problem, and change management frameworks
- Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning while optimizing TCO
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and cloud adoption
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery/business continuity plans
- Lead cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships for infrastructure solutions
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and cybersecurity standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years in IT infrastructure with 8+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in enterprise-level infrastructure (network, server, storage)
- ITIL/COBIT certification and experience with IT service management
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Experience in banking/financial services sector
- Strategic planning and budget management skills
