- Develop and execute product strategy for Markets portfolio, aligning with global business objectives
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to retirement
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and compliance teams to ensure seamless product delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Present product roadmaps and performance metrics to executive stakeholders
- Drive product innovation through agile methodologies and data-driven decision making
- Manage P&L responsibility for assigned product lines
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in financial services/markets
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex financial products
- Expertise in portfolio management, trading platforms, or capital markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing remote/global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in APAC markets
