About the Role
Herbalife is seeking a visionary Senior Video Editor/Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind high-impact marketing and training videos that reach a global audience. We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can seamlessly blend live-action footage with sophisticated motion graphics to deliver polished, professional assets that resonate with our diverse community.
As a senior member of the creative department, you will go beyond technical execution. You will be responsible for conceptualizing visual narratives, ensuring brand consistency, and guiding the technical development of junior team members. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end post-production process for global marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and training modules.
- Design and implement high-end motion graphics and 2D/3D visual effects to enhance video narratives.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and Producers to translate project briefs into compelling visual stories.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior editors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Ensure all video assets adhere to global brand guidelines and maintain high production standards.
- Manage and organize digital assets and project files within a fast-paced, collaborative workflow.
- Execute advanced color grading and audio mixing to ensure a polished final product across all platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging video trends and software advancements to keep Herbalife at the forefront of digital content.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A stunning portfolio or showreel demonstrating a high level of technical skill in both live-action editing and motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and technical requirements for various digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts and receive constructive feedback.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Digital Media, Design, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a significant advantage.
