Tanggung Jawab
- Develop high-impact graphic designs for real estate marketing collateral including brochures, digital ads, and property presentations
- Create compelling visual content aligned with brand guidelines and market trends

- Ensure consistent brand identity across all design deliverables
- Manage multiple design projects with strict deadlines and quality standards
- Optimize designs for various platforms (print, web, social media)

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with design iteration and client feedback incorporation
