Eclaro is seeking a Senior VoIP and AV Engineer to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, spearheading critical migration projects including the transition of AudioCodes SBCs to AWS Cloud and the systematic replacement of legacy Cisco voice gateways.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end migration of AudioCodes SBC infrastructure to AWS Cloud environments.
- Execute the decommissioning and replacement of legacy Cisco voice gateways with modern, scalable VoIP solutions.
- Design, configure, and maintain robust VoIP and AV systems to support enterprise-wide communication needs.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex voice and video connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to optimize network bandwidth and QoS (Quality of Service) for real-time traffic.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system architecture diagrams.
- Conduct performance monitoring and capacity planning to ensure optimal system uptime and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise VoIP engineering and audiovisual system integration.
- Proven expertise in AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBC) and Cisco Voice Gateway architecture.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS services related to networking and connectivity.
- Deep understanding of SIP, H.323, RTP, and other telecommunications protocols.
- Solid experience with network troubleshooting tools and packet analysis (e.g., Wireshark).
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Collaboration, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or AudioCodes technical certifications are highly preferred.
