- Lead service teams by setting performance standards and demonstrating exemplary guest interactions
- Coordinate seamless table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Train and mentor junior staff on service protocols and operational procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas throughout service periods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
- Manage table assignments and optimize seating efficiency during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of senior-level restaurant service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in POS systems and reservation management
- Basic wine and beverage knowledge preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
