- Lead service team during peak hours, coordinating table assignments and workflow efficiency
- Execute flawless order-taking with detailed menu knowledge and allergen awareness
- Deliver tableside service including food presentation, beverage pouring, and timing coordination
- Mentor junior staff on service protocols, upselling techniques, and brand standards
- Resolve guest concerns proactively to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage floor inventory, maintain service stations, and uphold cleanliness standards
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily cash/credit transactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of fine dining experience with proven senior-level service background
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Tagalog
- Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage pairing principles
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Strong leadership qualities with staff training and development experience
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling certification
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
