Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar staff
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Maintain immaculate table settings, service stations, and dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
