Sarawak Oil Palms Bhd is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Warehouse Executive to join our dynamic operations team in Miri, Sarawak. As a key player in the plantation and logistics sector, we are dedicated to operational excellence, safety, and efficiency. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain precise inventory control, and effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure workflow efficiency and productivity.
- Control inventory levels through regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch, receipt, and storage of goods.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance, safety standards, and morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, workplace safety protocols, and MSDS handling procedures.
- Manage warehouse documentation, including delivery notes, receipts, stock reports, and inventory logs.
- Optimize storage layouts and equipment usage to maximize warehouse space and operational capacity.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to reduce waste and improve turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of leadership and team coordination in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software is highly preferred.
- Valid driving license and the willingness to travel within the region when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods as required.
