Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Train and guide warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures
- Monitor warehouse activities and implement improvements for operational efficiency
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or related role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
- Valid forklift operation license is an advantage
