Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Analyze operational data using BI tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage and maintain data warehousing standards to ensure data integrity across logistics platforms.
- Develop and generate performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Operations) to integrate database solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior warehouse staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management is highly desirable.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
