Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Monitor warehouse metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve operational issues and make decisions to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
