In this critical role, you'll lead transformative initiatives to stabilize and optimize Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations. - Lead optimization of STP/WWTP performance through data-driven process improvements
- Enhance system reliability by implementing preventative maintenance protocols
- Drive cost-efficient operations while maintaining strict environmental compliance
- Monitor and analyze water quality parameters to ensure regulatory standards
- Develop and implement sustainable wastewater treatment strategies
- Oversee plant operations during peak tourist seasons and emergency scenarios
- Prepare technical reports and compliance documentation for regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior engineering staff on advanced treatment methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in WWTP/STP operations and management
- Strong knowledge of biological, chemical, and physical treatment processes
- Proven track record in optimizing wastewater treatment systems
- Familiarity with Indonesian environmental regulations (PP No. 82/2001)
- Experience with SCADA systems and process control instrumentation
- Certification in wastewater treatment plant operations (e.g., CWEA Grade IV)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex treatment plant issues
