Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces with optimal user experience
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data integration
- Implement robust security measures and conduct regular code reviews
- Lead technical troubleshooting and performance optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices documentation
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and server-side rendering
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
