Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to deliver intuitive user interfaces.
- Optimize web components for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers within the team.
- Integrate front-end applications with complex RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years focused on ReactJS.
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Recoil.
- Strong proficiency with front-end build tools and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Webpack).
- Demonstrated experience in working within an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
