Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced welding operations (MIG/TIG/Stick) on diverse materials
- Execute precision fabrication and rework of industrial components
- Conduct preventive maintenance on welding machinery and equipment
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics for project execution
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and safety protocols
- Train junior welders on best practices and techniques
- Document welding processes and maintain quality control records
Kualifikasi
- Certified Welder (AWS/CSWIP or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years industrial welding experience
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and CAD drawings
- Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties
- Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods
- Strong problem-solving and spatial reasoning abilities
- OSHA safety certification preferred
