- Operate and troubleshoot AMAT Raider wet bench equipment with electroplating processes
- Perform bath analysis and chemical management to ensure optimal plating parameters
- Execute preventive maintenance, calibration, and system upgrades
- Document procedures, maintain equipment logs, and ensure compliance
- Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and process deviations
- Train technicians on safe equipment operation and chemical handling
- Collaborate with R&D to implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of semiconductor wet equipment engineering experience
- AMAT Raider system certification or proven operational expertise
- Advanced knowledge of electroplating chemistry and bath analysis
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Cleanroom protocol familiarity and safety compliance awareness
