- Optimize NiPd electroplating processes for semiconductor wet bench equipment
- Lead root cause analysis using FMEA and 8D methodologies for process deviations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electroplating systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new process technologies
- Monitor and analyze process data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure equipment compliance with semiconductor industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in wet equipment operation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in semiconductor wet equipment engineering
- Expertise in APS NiPd electroplating processes and bath chemistry
- Proficiency in FMEA, 8D, and statistical process control tools
- Strong analytical skills for complex process troubleshooting
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication equipment and protocols
- Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) for process optimization
